At Southside Vineyard, we’re passionate about helping kids and teens grow in faith and leadership. We partner with American Heritage Girls and Trail Life USA—Christ-centered programs that mentor the next generation through discipleship, outdoor fun, and servant leadership.

At Southside Vineyard, we believe kids are an important part of the church today. We offer a fun, safe, and Spirit-led place where kids can meet God, make friends, and grow in faith together.

At Southside Vineyard, we support each other as we grow in faith and purpose. Our Men’s and Women’s groups offer welcoming spaces to build friendships, deepen faith, and follow God’s calling.

We believe prayer is powerful—a place to meet God, find rest, and experience breakthrough. In partnership with Smithfield House of Prayer, we gather to pray, worship, and seek God’s Spirit for regional change. Our prayer times include worship, intercession, and quiet moments of soaking in God's Presence. Come as you are and experience God’s peace, love, and grace.

At Southside Vineyard, our Wednesday Bible study is a relaxed place to grow in faith and community. We explore Scripture together, learning how it applies to everyday life. Whether new or experienced, everyone is welcome to join honest conversations. Sessions are led by our pastor or teachers and include teaching, encouragement, and time for questions. It’s a safe, friendly space to share and grow.

Our Hospitality team shares Jesus’ love through kindness and care. Whether greeting guests, cooking meals, helping with setup, or making the space welcoming, we work to make everyone feel at home. If you enjoy serving others and creating a warm atmosphere, we’d love to have you join!

We’re proud to partner with the Crisis Pregnancy Center of Tidewater to support life and families in our community. Through efforts like the Baby Bottle Drive and Walk for Life, we help raise funds and awareness for this vital ministry.

We partner with Agape International Missions to help fight human trafficking. Part of our tithes supports rescuing, restoring, and protecting people affected by trafficking worldwide.

We partner with LifeWise Academy to help bring the Gospel into public schools through a Bible class students can take for graduation credit. By giving our time and support, we help serve schools, teachers, and students—making a lasting spiritual impact.

We partner with Back to Jerusalem, an organization working with the Chinese church to share the Gospel in unreached parts of the world—including Muslim, Buddhist, and Hindu nations. Part of our tithes helps support this mission, reaching people from eastern China all the way to Jerusalem.

We partner with Smithfield Filling Station, part of a global network of monthly gatherings focused on worship, prayer, and sharing the Good News of Jesus. These meetings create space to grow in faith, experience the Holy Spirit, and encourage one another. Sometimes, they’re hosted right here at Southside Vineyard Community Church.

Through Operation Christmas Child, Samaritan’s Purse shares God’s love with children in need and spreads the Good News of Jesus around the world. We’re thankful to partner by packing shoeboxes through our Troops and church family. We also help at packing centers, sorting boxes and praying before they’re sent out globally.
